1. The Platform

Ultradia.io is a collaborative productivity platform built on the Ultradian Method, a system for optimizing work performance using 90-minute cognitive cycles. The platform includes task management, accountability tracking, collaboration tools, and performance analytics.

2. Your Account

• You must be 16 years of age or older to use this platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@ultradia.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

• Use the platform for its intended purpose: productivity, collaboration, and performance improvement.
• Do not use the platform to harass, harm, or defraud others.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform.
• Do not use automated tools to scrape or extract data without our written permission.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

• Ultradia.io offers subscription-based access.
• Pricing is listed on the platform and subject to change with 30 days notice.
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service (stripe.com/legal).
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact billing@ultradia.io for billing issues.

5. Your Content

You own the data and content you create on the platform. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your work.

6. Our Intellectual Property

The Ultradian Method, the ultradia.io platform, its design, code, and methodology belong to Ultradian Partners. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our proprietary content without written permission.

7. Availability

We work hard to keep the platform available around the clock, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may take the platform offline for maintenance with reasonable notice when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about productivity outcomes or business results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ends immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
