2. What We Collect

Account information: your name, email address, and password when you register.
Usage data: how you interact with the platform, including session timing, task completion data, and collaboration activity. This data powers the core functionality of the Ultradian Method.
Payment information: billing and subscription payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card or banking details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
Communications: if you contact us for support, we retain those records to resolve your issue.

3. What We Do Not Collect

We do not sell your data. We do not share your personal information with advertisers. We do not use your productivity data to build advertising profiles.

4. How We Use Your Data

To operate and improve the platform.
To send you account-related communications (updates, security alerts, billing).
To provide customer support.
To analyze aggregated, anonymized usage trends that help us build a better product.

5. Data Sharing

We share data only with vendors who help us operate the platform, including Stripe for payment processing, and hosting and analytics providers. These vendors are contractually required to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes. Stripe handles all payment transactions and has its own privacy and security certifications (PCI-DSS Level 1).

We will disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and company.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it.

7. Your Rights

8. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) to protect your data in transit, and encrypt sensitive data at rest. We conduct regular security audits and follow best practices for secure application development.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your preferences. We use analytics cookies (which you can opt out of) to understand how people use the platform. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the platform. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version.

11. SMS / Text Messaging

When you opt in to SMS notifications, Ultradia collects your mobile phone number solely to deliver the following transactional messages to registered users:

Morning reminders, a weekday message listing your scheduled coworking rooms and top tasks for the day.
End-of-day check-ins, an evening message asking which commitments you completed.
Live-room nudges, a notification when a coworking room you follow becomes active.

How to opt in: You opt in by entering your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox in your Ultradia account settings. No opt-in is collected via SMS keyword or purchased lists.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your scheduled rooms and account activity. Message and data rates may apply.

How to opt out: Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, or QUIT to any message to opt out immediately. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages. Reply START at any time to resubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance, or email support@ultradia.io.

Data sharing: No mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We may share your number with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio, Inc.) solely to deliver messages you have requested.
