Great work runs on relationships. Ultradia plugs directly into your Follow Up Boss CRM so the contacts you should reach out to today show up inside your first sprint of the day, automatically.
How you'll use it
1
Tag your top contacts in FUB
Add a tag in Follow Up Boss (e.g. "Top 200") to the people you care about most. Ultradia uses that tag as your daily relationship roster.
2
Pick a 30 or 60-day touch cycle
Ultradia divides your tagged roster into business-day buckets, alphabetical by last name. In 30 days (or 60), you've personally touched every name on your list at least once.
3
Show up for Sprint 1 every business day
Each weekday morning, Ultradia shows you that day's slice of contacts, about 7 names if you have 200 on a 30-day cycle. You make calls, send texts, send emails, or note an in-person touch.
4
Two-way sync
Every Called / Texted / Emailed action posts a Note back to that contact's FUB record. Calls or emails you make directly inside FUB also count toward today's outreach.
5
Hot leads streamed in real time
When FUB fires a peopleCreated or peopleStageChanged webhook, Ultradia surfaces that lead inside your Dashboard inbox instantly.
6
Keep your streak alive
A passive streak chip on your Dashboard tracks consecutive business days of outreach. No notifications. No nags. Just a quiet daily ritual that compounds.
Setup: Connect under Settings → Integrations. Paste your personal FUB API key (Admin → API in FUB). It is encrypted at rest and never shown again after saving.
Your real day already lives in Google Calendar. Ultradia reads it, shows you when your sprints can fit between meetings, and respects every existing block instead of fighting it.
How you'll use it
1
Visual sprint overlay
See your Google Calendar events alongside Ultradia's recommended 75-minute focus + 15-minute break blocks, color-coded by cognitive load.
2
Smart sprint placement
Ultradia identifies open 90-minute windows in your day and suggests where to park your highest-priority commitments.
3
AI-powered analysis
Claude analyzes your week's calendar and reports back on protected focus time vs. meeting saturation, so you can negotiate your week before it negotiates you.
Setup: One-click OAuth from Settings. Read-only by default. Ultradia never modifies your calendar without explicit action.
If you live in Google Tasks, Ultradia reads them and lets you promote any task into a sprint commitment with one click. No double-entry, no copy-paste.
How you'll use it
1
Auto-import open tasks
Your incomplete Google Tasks appear in the Focus tab labeled with their original list (e.g. "GOOGLE · Due 4/28") so you can scan and pick what deserves a sprint today.
2
One-tap to commit
Click the play icon next to any Google Task to turn it into an Ultradia sprint focus instantly.
3
Stay in sync
Mark a sprint complete in Ultradia and the underlying Google Task can be marked done too.
Setup: Connect via Google OAuth in Settings. Same scope as Google Calendar. One consent screen covers both.
Claude (Anthropic's flagship model) does the strategic thinking behind Ultradia: weekly calendar analysis, sprint coaching, task classification by cognitive load, and the AI Smart Planner that helps you sequence your day.
How you'll use it
1
Weekly Strategic Session
Once a week, Claude reads your last 7 days of sprints and calendar and writes you a candid debrief: what worked, what slipped, where your focus is leaking.
2
AI Sprint Coach
In real time during a sprint, Claude can reframe a stuck commitment, surface the next concrete action, or call out when you're hiding behind low-cognitive-load busywork.
3
Task classifier
Every commitment you add gets auto-tagged by cognitive load (deep / shallow / admin) so the day's sequencing matches your energy curve.
4
AI Smart Planner
Drop your raw task list and Claude returns a sequenced 8-hour plan that respects your Ultradian rhythm, your meetings, and your most important work.
Setup: No setup required. Claude is built in and runs on Ultradia's account. It's included in your subscription.
